TNAAP staff provides mock chart audit of EPSDT visits to ensure medical record documentation meets the audit criteria for the seven EPSDT Components and documentation requirements.  Includes an exit conference with physicians to discuss findings and recommendations.  Follow-up training is offered if needed. 

Mock Chart Audit - Pediatric Coding                        Time TBD

TNAAP staff provides mock chart audit of Evaluation and Management services and procedures to ensure medical record documentation meets the criteria for Documentation Guidelines for Evaluation and Management services and CPT guidelines for procedural coding.  Includes an exit conference with physicians to discuss findings and recommendations.  Follow-up training is offered if needed.
