Thompson Children's Hospital has become Children's Hospital at Erlanger and Pediatric Emergency Medicine Associates LLC (PEMA) has expanded its clinical practice to include the pediatric emergency department at Children's. PEMA has 27 years of experience in suburban Atlanta emergency departments, including Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite. Work in a tertiary care pediatric hospital emergency department which serves as the region's Level 1 trauma center and sees 37,000 patients per year. Participate in resident education through the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. Enjoy practicing in a state of the art facility with 24 emergency department beds, 120 inpatient beds, 14 PICU beds, and a full complement of pediatric sub-specialty services.
