News: TNAAP Offers Help with Preventive Health Documentation for EHRs

If you are in the process of implementing an EHR (Electronic Health Record) in your office, TNAAP can help.  TNAAP offers in-office consultations to review your individual EHR to ensure compliance with EPSDT requirements.  TNAAP will review the EHR templates for EPSDT/Preventive visits to be sure that all seven components of the EPSDT visit are captured and can be appropriately documented in your EHR.
